Technology should never be for technology’s sake but rather to achieve something you couldn’t without it. This session will look at how to think holistically about technology as an enabler of Museum mission, with lots of interesting examples of how technology achieves this in a Museum context. This session will also discuss COVID-19 as a crisis that has changed the impetus and mindset about digital transformation in Museums and the opportunities it creates.
